1. Returns & Exchanges

At FYROSTIC CARPET, we take pride in creating premium handmade rugs and carpets. Customer satisfaction is important to us, and we strive to ensure every order arrives in excellent condition.

Return Eligibility

Customers may request a return within 14 days of receiving their order.

Returns and exchanges are accepted only if:

  • The product arrives damaged or defective.

  • The product received is materially different from the item ordered.

  • The wrong item was delivered.

To initiate a return request, customers must:

  • Contact us within 14 days of delivery.

  • Provide clear photographs of the product.

  • Provide an unboxing video showing the issue.

  • Retain all original packaging materials.

All return requests are subject to review and approval by FYROSTIC CARPET.

Returned items must be:

  • Unused and unwashed.

  • In their original condition.

  • Returned with original packaging and accessories.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Custom-made or personalized rugs.

  • Made-to-order products.

  • Clearance or discounted items.

  • Final sale products.

Exchanges

Approved exchanges will be processed after the returned item passes inspection.

Customers may exchange for another product of equal or greater value by paying any applicable price difference.

Duties, Taxes & VAT

For eligible DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) shipments:

  • Import duties, VAT, customs charges, and taxes are included in the purchase price.

  • Customers are not required to pay additional delivery charges.

If local regulations require additional customs payments outside DDP coverage, customers may be responsible for such charges.

Delivery times may vary depending on destination, customs clearance, and local carrier operations.

FYROSTIC CARPET is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Customs inspections.

  • Severe weather conditions.

  • Carrier disruptions.

  • Events beyond our reasonable control.

3. Return Shipping Costs

For approved returns:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error, damage in transit, or an incorrect item being shipped.

  • Returned items must be securely packaged to prevent damage during return transit.

  • FYROSTIC CARPET is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipment.

Once an approved return is received and inspected, refunds will be processed.

  • International processing times may vary depending on banks, payment providers, and currency conversion procedures.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method whenever possible.

Orders may be cancelled before shipment.

Once an order has been processed or dispatched, cancellation requests may not be possible.

Custom-made and personalized products cannot be cancelled once production has begun.

6. Chargebacks & Fraud Prevention

To protect both customers and our business:

  • All transactions are reviewed through secure fraud-prevention systems.

  • We may request additional verification for high-value orders.

  • Unauthorized chargebacks may result in order cancellation and restrictions on future purchases.


7. Limitation of Liability

FYROSTIC CARPET's responsibility extends until successful delivery of the order.

Claims regarding transit damage must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

Upon confirmed delivery, responsibility for the product transfers to the customer.

FYROSTIC CARPET shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect or consequential losses.

  • Customs-related delays.

  • Carrier delays.

  • Events beyond our reasonable control.
