Our carpets are made in Bhadohi, Uttar Pradesh, India, a region globally recognized for its rich carpet-weaving heritage and craftsmanship.

How long does delivery take?
Most orders are delivered within 5–15 business days depending on the destination country, customs clearance, and shipping carrier.

Are custom-made rugs eligible for returns?
No. Custom-made, personalized, clearance, discounted, and final-sale items are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
Will the carpet look exactly like the photos?
Because every handmade carpet is individually crafted, slight variations in color, texture, and pattern may occur. These variations are part of the uniqueness and authenticity of handmade products.
What materials are used in your carpets?
Depending on the collection, our carpets may be crafted using wool, cotton, viscose, jute, silk blends, and other premium natural fibers.
Are your carpets suitable for underfloor heating?
Many of our carpets are compatible with underfloor heating. Please check the product description or contact us before purchasing.

Regular vacuuming and prompt attention to spills help maintain your carpet’s appearance. Professional cleaning is recommended when needed.
