1. Return & Exchange Policy

At FYROSTIC CARPET, we are committed to delivering premium-quality handmade carpets and rugs to customers worldwide.

  • Customers may request a return or exchange within 15 days of receiving their order.

  • Returns and exchanges are accepted only for products that arrive damaged, defective, or materially different from the item ordered.

  • Customers must report damaged, defective, or incorrect products within 15 days of delivery.

  • To initiate a return request, customers must provide clear photographs and an unboxing video showing the issue.

  • All return requests are subject to review and quality inspection before approval.

  • Products must be unused, unwashed, and returned in their original packaging.

  • Custom-made, personalized, clearance, discounted, or final-sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.

  • Exchanges will only be processed after the returned item passes quality inspection.

  • Customers may exchange for another product of equal or higher value by paying any applicable price difference.

2. International Orders & Shipping

  • FYROSTIC CARPET ships internationally to selected countries.

  • Customers are responsible for ensuring compliance with local import regulations.

  • Any customs duties, VAT, import taxes, brokerage fees, or government charges imposed by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer.

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping and contact information.

  • FYROSTIC CARPET is not responsible for shipping delays caused by customs inspections, weather conditions, carrier disruptions, or events beyond our control.

3. Return Shipping

  • For approved international returns, customers may be responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.

  • Returned products must be securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.

  • FYROSTIC CARPET is not responsible for products lost or damaged during return shipment.

4. Refund Policy

  • Once the returned product is received and approved, the refund process will begin.

  • Approved refunds are generally completed within 5–10 business days.

  • International refund processing times may vary depending on banks, payment providers, and currency conversion procedures.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase whenever possible.

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is the result of our error.

5. Cancellation Policy

  • Once an order has been processed or shipped, cancellation requests cannot be guaranteed.

  • Custom-made and personalized products cannot be cancelled once production has begun.

  • FYROSTIC CARPET reserves the right to cancel orders due to pricing errors, stock availability issues, suspected fraud, or policy violations.

6. Chargebacks & Fraud Prevention

  • All transactions are reviewed through secure fraud-prevention systems.

  • Unauthorized chargebacks may result in order cancellation and future purchase restrictions.

  • FYROSTIC CARPET reserves the right to request additional verification for high-value or suspicious transactions.

7. Limitation of Liability

  • FYROSTIC CARPET's responsibility extends until successful delivery of the order.

  • Upon confirmed delivery, responsibility for the product transfers to the customer.

  • Claims regarding transit damage must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

  • FYROSTIC CARPET shall not be liable for indirect losses, customs delays, or circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
